Our Spa Policy
NO REFUNDS- Credit will be applied to your next service or product purchase.
New Clients- For first time visitors, please arrive on time to your appointment to allow time to complete your consultation forms if you were unable to complete them online.
Children- We do not service under the age of 16. Please note: children under the age of 16 are not allowed to wait in the lobby area during time of service.
Entourage- Due to limited space and Covid-19, please do not bring extra guest with you unless they are receiving a service within the same time frame.
Cell phones- please mute devices so as not to disturb the service.
Because our facility is by appointment only, please contact us directly before booking a same day appointment.
Please allow us 24 hours to respond to your messages as many of our services are hands on. We will get back with you as soon as possible. We will not respond outside of business hours.
Liability : Please inform your Spa provider of any skin condition , allergies , skin sensitivity , or medical conditions. We can not be liable for reactions , break outs or any adverse reaction if we are not notified of any conditions or medications that the client may have or be on.
—Photo Release : If you agree to your body images or face images being used on social media for marketing purposes we will ask for you to sign a waiver of consent,

Kurved Beauty Bar takes pride in being able to service all of our clients. We also understand circumstances beyond our control happen. It is very inconvenient when a client does not show up to their scheduled appointment on time. Please text 682-235-7343 if you will be running late. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
You can cancel/reschedule appointments by logging into your account on www.kurvedbeautybar.com. Please notify us by e-mail if you need assistance and you’re unable to reach us by phone at (682) 235-7343.
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be required upon booking if NOT already paid in full. Appointment will NOT be secured until deposit is paid. If you are not present at your appointment after 10 minutes have passed, we will cancel/reschedule your appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL PROMOTIONS are paid in full upon booking and are FINAL SALE, including Groupon promotion vouchers. NO REFUNDS. Groupon vouchers are considered the same as any other payment towards your promotion rate, which ALWAYS must be paid in full at time of booking. You will not be eligible for refund once appointment has been scheduled with voucher ONLY given credit for amount paid. You are NOT eligible for a refund on any service once you have missed, cancelled, or rescheduled your appointment within less than 24 hours prior to your appointment.
ALL “NO SHOWS” WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT.
Should your appointment be cancelled/rescheduled within less than 24 hours there will be a fee charged and you will NOT be able to reschedule until it is paid. Fees are as followed:
single appointments (15),
ANY spa package (50),
spa parties (100).
NO SHOWS will forfeit any amount paid towards your appointment.
We recognize the time of our clients and therapist are valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Please remember that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments which result in a cancellation fee. Appointment reminders are sent out 24-48 hours in advance. Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointments from us is not sufficient reason to miss an appointment if the original confirmation notification was received timely.
It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, illness, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no discount or rescheduling fee will apply.
Payments- all of our accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. WE accept most major credit cards as well as Klarna. Sezzle, Afterpay ect. We also now accept FlexPay, HSA, and FSA. You will have to contact us before purchasing for those as the online processor might not complete your payment.
