Do I need to make a reservation?
Yes. You will need a reservation. But no worries we take same day reservations. Come in, pick up a paint brush and start painting. We do recommend calling/texting ahead of time to make sure there is availability for the time requested and to reduce your chances of a wait. We do not take same day reservations for groups more than 4.  Click here to request a reservation. Please allow up to 24 hours for a confirmation.

How does it work?

Come in and pick a canvas that you would love to paint. Paint your item using our paint and painting materials in our studio. NO SKILLS REQUIRED!

  • Choose an available canvas.

    • If reservations are made 24 hours prior, you will be able to pick a design from our selection of templates.

  • Follow the instructions and start painting!

  • Enjoy your time with your friends or loved ones.

  • Take home your work off art with you and show it off wherever you desire.

Do you host paint parties?

Kurved Beauty gives the ultimate painting experience. If you are looking for an activity to do with family or friends and want to have a blast while doing it, Kurved Beauty is the place you need to be. Make your memories with us for your special event. We host events for:

  • Birthdays

  • Anniversaries

  • Housewarming Parties

  • Kids Parties,

  • Bachelorette/Wedding/Baby Showers,

  • Team Building/Corporate Events.... and more !

You name it, we've got you covered! Let us know what type of event you are looking to host and we will work with you to create a fantastic experience.

We host parties any day of the week, start as early as 10am and as late as 7pm. Contact us for available dates. Prices vary depending on the options you choose. Contact us when you are ready to book.

ALL PARTY OPTIONS INCLUDE:

  • Paint and all supplies for canvas

    • ​Design will need to be picked out at least 72 hours in advance.

  • Instructor/Staff Assistance.

  • Up to two hours of party time in a private room 

  • Bottomless Beverages

  • Food Tray

Once you have decided when to have your party, please fill out our Booking Request Form and allow 24 hours for response. Please be sure to include amount of guests, time frame requested, type of party you're looking to book, as well as any other important information we may need to know to accommodate you. You may also call/text us at 682-235-7343 or reach us by email at kurvedbeauty@gmail.com. We require a $100 deposit to secure your time and date. Deposit is refunded after your party as long as you met the minimum number of guests, stay within scheduled time, there is no excessive clean up needed and no damage done. Full payment is due 24 hours prior to event start time. We require a minimum of 8 guests to book a private event (different for specialty parties). Smaller groups may be accommodated depending on days, times, and availability. Additional time can be added to your party for an additional fee. If you would like an additional hour to include time for gifts, meetings etc., cost is $75 for the first hour and $50 for each additional hour. For a three hour paint party, where the painting requires three hours, the cost is $45 per painter with the minimum of 8 painters.

Our studio is different than other paint studios and we have a ton of fun. We would love to host your event and will work with you to find the best option. Come see why we are a different kind of paint party experience!​

Can I decorate the private room? Can I bring food and drinks?​

We love celebrating events such as birthdays, anniversaries, bachelorette parties, ect. Please mention while booking if you are celebrating a special event so we will be able to accommodate you with scheduling a time to set up the room prior to your appointment if needed be. All food and beverages are welcome. Yes, even the adult kind! Please note that we have no way to keep anything cold and do not recommend ice cream.

Policies

Cancellations​

If you booked a seat in one of our open sessions and need to reschedule your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the day of the reservation. This will give us an opportunity to fill your spot and/or adjust our staffing. No shows will not receive refunds or be able to reschedule at a later date, this includes any discount or coupon options. Please remember, when you do not show up, we still have to pay our staff who was scheduled, we lose the cost of supplies we set up before each session and the potential to fill your seat with other customers. We do our best to never cancel a class on our guests, even if you are the only ones booked. We know many are celebrating something special. On the rare occasion of an emergency where we have to cancel a class, we do offer the opportunity to reschedule.

Private Parties are required to give a cancellation notice no later than 7 days prior to the party date in order to receive the deposit back. No shows will not receive refunds.

Alcohol
Kurved Beauty Bar is a BYOB establishment. We do not sell any alcohol. We want everyone to have a good time, and we ask that you drink responsibly. Please remember to be kind, courteous and respectful. Not everyone will be drinking alcohol and we want everyone to enjoy themselves. We will provide complimentary bottled water and canned drinks available for purchase as mixers or an alternative to alcohol. We will help you contact a cab, friends, family, Uber for any one that needs a ride home.

** It is against the law to consume alcoholic beverages if you are under the age of 21. Please note that consumption of alcohol is at the sole discretion of the individual and Kurved Beauty Bar does not take responsibility or claim liability for any action for any individual who is under the influence of alcohol or any other substances before, during or after participation in any of our events.

Damaged Property

Kurved Beauty Bar is not responsible for any damage that may happen to your personal property. There is paint everywhere! Please wear comfortable clothes that you do not mind getting permanently stained. We use acrylic paint and it will not come out of your clothes. We have aprons, but they do not cover everything. We suggest keeping your purses/handbags away from your painting station. You can stash them around the drink/snack tables, but your best bet is to leave those big, expensive, fabulous bags at home. We are not liable for any lost or stolen items.

Personal Injury
Kurved Beauty Bar is not responsible for any accident or injury to you inside or outside of the studio. Please drink responsibly! You and your guests are solely responsible for any accident/injury that is cause by the consumption of alcohol. Inside or out of the studio.
