How do I book one of your spa packages?
 Spa packages can be purchased under our "plans" or "specials" tab. They tend to vary per availability. Once purchased you can call, text, or email to book schedule your appointment time.

What spa packages do you offer?

We offer multiples spa packages. Some of them are: 

  • 5 Hour All Inclusive

  • Couple's Spa Date

  • Private Spa Party

  • Paint and Sip

ALL of our packages have full descriptions on their booking page. Please be sure to click the arrow to have a complete understanding of what services will be included as well as the duration and how many people are included. If you have any questions about any of the services most have a very descriptive FAQ page as well to answer any addition questions.

What should I wear and bring?

You are more than welcomed to wear whatever you are comfortable with. We recommend wearing or bringing opened toed shoes for easier accessibility between services. Women will be provided with a gown, so they are able to switch between services easier. If your package includes the private room, you will have access to it for up to an hour. If you booked a PRIVATE spa party you will have access the entire 5 hours. Be our guest to bring any additional food or beverages as you enjoy your intimate setting. Please be mindful as we do not provide ice but we do provide plates and utensils. You may want to plan ahead if there are any extra items you may need.

Can I decorate the private room?​

We love celebrating events such as birthdays, anniversaries, bachelorette parties, ect. Please mention while booking if you are celebrating a special event so we will be able to accommodate you with scheduling a time to set up the room prior to your appointment if needed be.

Do the spa packages take the entire 2-5 hours?

Each spa package has an extra amount of time allotted so that you are able to relax and enjoy yourself between services. You do not have to stay they entire appointment time. The five-hour spa normally take about 3.5 hours, but we give you up to 5hours in case you want to do a service longer or just relax in the private room. If you book a 5 hour package you will have 5 hours from your scheduled appointment time. If you run late arriving your time will NOT be extended. All services must be completed by the end time. You are allotted a 15 minute grace period to remove all your belonging from the room before you will be charged a fee of $50 for every 30 minutes you run extra. Our staff is scheduled according to booking times so this ensures that they are paid for working outside of scheduled hours as well as the inconvenience if there is somebody booked after your appointment.

Can I substitute services in packages?

All of our packages are priced according to the discount given per service. We do not allow substitution of services due to this. If you opt out of a service, there will be no substitution or partial refund.

Can I add on services to my packages?

You are able to add on services based on availability with prior notice. Appointment slots are based off services scheduled. We may not be able to accommodate a last minute add on due to availability of provider or time availability.
