Let us explain it all during your appointment. *Packages are highly recommended as it takes at LEAST 5 sessions for lasting results. Better and Longer lasting results come from drinking (3) 16 oz bottles of water before arriving to your appointment and at least 2 liters of water the day of & the day after your session to flush out the melted fat. Eat a small snack 45 minutes to 1 hour before arriving to your appointments. Please please don't drink any alcohol 24 hours prior to your appointment time!​ Please make sure you don't have heart conditions, pacemakers, and no piercings allowed. It is very inconvenient when a client does not show up to their scheduled appointment on time. Please text 682-235-7343 if you will be running late. This will affect not only the service provider but future booking clients. A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be required upon booking if NOT already paid in full. Appointment will NOT be secured until deposit is paid. If you are not present at your appointment after 10 minutes have passed, I will cancel/reschedule your appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL PROMOTIONS are paid in full upon booking and are FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS. You are NOT eligible for a refund on any service once you have missed, cancelled, or rescheduled your appointment within less than 24 hours prior to your appointment. You can CANCEL and RESCHEDULE from your confirmation email you receive when you book or by logging onto your account on our website. Appointment reminders are sent out 24-48 hours in advance. Should your appointment be cancelled/rescheduled within less than 24 hours there will be a fee charged and you will NOT be able to reschedule until it is paid. Fees are as followed: single appointments (15), ANY spa package (50), and spa parties (100). NO SHOWS will forfeit any amount paid towards your appointment. This policy allows clients to access appointments and does not push back scheduled times for everyone else. Thank you for your understanding and support!
